  • Certification Assessment: Receive an additional three hours of assessment and guidance for certification application.

  • Certificates: Obtain dual certificates from the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) & ABH (American Board of Hypnotherapy).

The Healing Yoga class is designed to provide a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional healing through the practice of yoga. The class integrates gentle yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness techniques to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

These sessions are designed to progressively introduce and deepen the practice of Healing Yoga, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Adjustments can be made based on participants' feedback and specific needs.


Nervous system rest

The Nervous System Rest Techniques Workshop is designed to help participants explore a state of deep rest from the body to the inner world through methods such as wrapping, touching, and hypnotic guidance. This workshop combines physical relaxation techniques and psychological methods to alleviate stress, restore balance, and promote overall well-being.

The Art Therapy is designed to provide a therapeutic and creative space for participants to explore their emotions, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness through various art forms.
